Our approach to engagement

To ensure consistancy between clients and consultants, we have developed a broad process that every client, regardless of industry, size or budget goes through. Each client will be provided with a full engagement plan to sign off to make sure everyone is happy and ready to go!

Initial call 

When you get in touch with us, we will arrange an initial call to discuss how we can help you. This will be with one of our consultants and include a discussion about budget and timeframe.

Proposal drafted

If you decide after the initial call that you would like to get us in to help your business, a proposal will be drafted that outlines the work, cost and any additional information to help describe and set the scope of work for the consulting team.

Proposal agreed and contract drafted

You will be sent the drafted proposal and have an opportunity to review and amend the proposal with us. A final proposal will then be sent round for agreement / signing.

Contract signed

Once the proposal is agreed, a contract will be created and sent to you for signing. This is the formal stage of the process, finalising the agreement between us.

Consultant(s) start work!

Once the signed contract has been received, we will formally allocated your consulting team and they will be in touch to organise a kick off meeting and start working with you!
