Over ten years ago, I set out with my family and trusted colleagues to turn our collective experience advising organisations and startups into something of our own—a consultancy built on trust, collaboration, and a determination to help businesses tackle their toughest challenges. When it came to naming the firm, inspiration was close to home. We’ve shared our lives with Dachshunds for many years, and their personalities—bright, determined, cheeky, and endlessly creative—felt like the perfect reflection of how we work.
